Yet, many clinicians complete training without ever feeling truly confident in suturing or managing complex perineal trauma. This in-person, hands-on workshop is led by renowned Board Certified OB-GYN, Dr. Javier Fajardo, who brings over 24 years of clinical experience in obstetrics, surgical repair, and women’s health. Dr. Fajardo has mentored countless providers, emphasizing precision, anatomical understanding, and confidence at the bedside. Participants will gain practical, real world skills in identifying perineal lacerations, selecting appropriate suturing techniques, and performing repairs with accuracy and confidence. Through guided instruction and hands-on practice, this course is designed to bridge the gap between theory and clinical execution empowering providers to approach perineal repairs calmly, competently, and independently. Confidence in suturing is not optional, it is essential.
