Mariela Cortes, CNM, APN-BC is the Founder of Elite Wellness & Aesthetics, The Beauty Suites, and Chicago School of Aesthetics, with over 17 years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry. She is widely recognized for her dedication to education and mentorship, helping medical professionals build the knowledge, confidence, and technical skill needed to succeed in the aesthetic field.

Through the Chicago School of Aesthetics, Mariela provides hands-on training, mentorship, and advanced education for medical providers entering or expanding within aesthetic medicine. Her teaching emphasizes safe injection techniques, strong anatomical understanding, ethical patient care, and practical clinical application, ensuring students leave with both competence and confidence.

Dr. Javier Fajardo is a board-certified OB/GYN with over two decades of experience providing exceptional, personalized care to women at every stage of life. After completing his residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago, he built a distinguished career in private practice while also serving as a University Assistant Professor, where he is committed to advancing medical education and mentoring future medical professionals.
Dr. Fajardo has expanded his clinical focus to include aesthetic gynecology, recognizing its essential role in enhancing physical comfort, intimate wellness, and personal confidence. Through advanced, minimally invasive treatments, he addresses concerns that are often underrecognized in traditional gynecologic care—helping women restore function, elevate confidence, and improve overall quality of life.
